Sustainability Policy Guidance

Three Pillars Consulting supported the development of a policy and analytical framework tailored to organizations operating across the energy transition and climate policy research sector. For Hamburg Institute, the framework was designed to address strategic and methodological requirements associated with decarbonization and energy system advisory, incorporating key focus areas such as emissions pathway analysis, scenario development, policy alignment, and system-level transition risks and opportunities.
