Overall Description
We are seeking an experienced and self-driven ESG Specialist to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level role. The successful candidate will bring demonstrable, hands-on experience delivering ESG assessments, reports, and strategies to corporate clients (i.e. will be capable of managing complex multi-framework engagements with minimal oversight).
You will work directly with clients across the energy, industrial, utilities, and private sectors, many of whom face pressing international reporting obligations, sustainability-linked financing requirements, and increasing scrutiny from investors, regulators, and trading partners. The ability to translate complex regulatory and voluntary frameworks into practical, client-ready deliverables is essential.
You should be equally comfortable leading a materiality assessment for a listed company as you are drafting a GRI-aligned disclosure report, advising on a decarbonization strategy, or engaging stakeholders on a sustainability policy framework. Intellectual curiosity, precision, and professional maturity are non-negotiable.
Scope of Work:
• ESG Reporting: preparation and review of ESG/sustainability reports aligned with GRI, IFRS S1/S2, TCFD, CSRD, and GCC-relevant exchange disclosure requirements (MSX, DFM, ADX, Tadawul, etc.)
• ESG Strategy Development: design and delivery of ESG strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps that align with client business objectives, sector-specific benchmarks, and regulatory timelines
• ESG Policy and Framework Development: development of internal ESG policies, governance structures, and management systems that embed sustainability into client operations
• Materiality Assessments: facilitation of single and double materiality assessments, including stakeholder surveys, impact identification, and prioritization of material topics
• Stakeholder Engagement: design and execution of stakeholder engagement processes to support ESG reporting, strategy development, and disclosure obligations
• GHG Accounting Support: contribution to product-level and corporate-level GHG assessments, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 inventories, aligned with GHG Protocol and ISO 14064/14067
• Client Management: serving as a primary point of contact for client engagements, managing timelines, deliverables, and communication with professionalism and clarity
Key Expectations:
• In-depth, applied knowledge of GRI Standards (Universal, Sector, and Topic Standards)
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS S1 and S2, TCFD, and CSRD disclosure requirements
• Familiarity with GCC-specific ESG and sustainability disclosure standards including MSX, DFM, ADX, Tadawul, and other relevant regional exchange requirements
• Solid grounding in GHG-related standards and regulations including the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard, GHG Protocol Scope 2 and 3 Standards, ISO 14064, ISO 14067, and carbon border mechanisms such as CBAM
• Experience conducting or facilitating materiality assessments, including stakeholder surveys, double materiality frameworks, and impact prioritization
• Ability to design and lead stakeholder engagement processes in support of ESG reporting and strategy mandates
• Competence in ESG data collection, validation, and quality assurance (i.e. understanding what good data looks like and how to challenge what does not)
• Familiarity with ESG rating methodologies and frameworks used by investors (MSCI ESG, Sustainalytics, CDP, etc.) as context for client advisory
• Experience or strong familiarity with Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), net zero frameworks, and decarbonization planning at the corporate level
• Proficiency in MS Excel and report production tools; experience with carbon accounting or ESG software platforms (such as ClimateTab) is a strong advantage
This role is NOT for:
• Candidates with only academic or theoretical knowledge of ESG (as applied client-facing experience is required)
• Individuals who require close supervision on framework interpretation or report structure
• Those unfamiliar with GCC regulatory and business contexts, or unwilling to develop that familiarity quickly
If you are an experienced ESG professional who can navigate complex multi-framework reporting mandates, engage confidently with senior client stakeholders, and deliver high-quality, audit-ready work in a fast-moving advisory environment, then we would like to hear from you.

Overall Description
We are looking for a highly competent developer with strong, proven skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL. These are non-negotiable requirements (i.e. this role is not suitable for beginners or those still building foundational knowledge).
The nature of our platform demands that these core skills be applied within a structured coding environment (Caspio), meaning you will need to bring genuine depth to each technology (i.e. not just surface-level familiarity). The ability to translate strong fundamentals into practical, high-quality solutions within an established environment is essential.
You should be comfortable working independently on technical implementation and making sound decisions without constant guidance. While you'll have strong support regarding business context, logic, and requirements, we expect you to take full ownership of the technical side.
About the Work:
Our software is purpose-built for the energy and climate sector, and the development work reflects that complexity. A significant portion of the role involves building and maintaining extensive calculation engines and customized analytical tools (i.e. this is not standard CRUD development). You will be working with domain-specific logic, nuanced data relationships, and outputs that need to be both technically precise and meaningful to sector professionals.
Equally important is the ability to design and implement automated data flows using APIs, Webhooks, and AI integrations. Our platform operates across multiple data stream pathways, and you will be expected to architect, connect, and maintain these pipelines to keep data moving reliably and intelligently across the system.
Key Expectations:
• Solid, practical experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL (i.e. applied within a defined coding environment)
• Proven ability to develop complex calculations and customized analytical logic, ideally within technical or scientific domains
• Experience building and managing automated data flows via APIs, Webhooks, and AI integrations
• Comfort working within the conventions and constraints of a platform-centric coding environment (Caspio) while knowing when and how to extend its capabilities
• Ability to build, debug, and maintain features with minimal supervision
• Confidence in making technical decisions and solving problems autonomously
• Clear communication when collaborating on business logic and requirements
This role is NOT for:
• Junior developers or those still learning the basics
• Candidates who require step-by-step technical direction
• Developers who need a blank-slate environment (i.e. our stack is defined, and the ability to deliver within it is non-negotiable)
If you're a self-sufficient developer who can apply deep technical skills within a structured coding environment, build sophisticated analytical tools for a specialist sector, and engineer reliable automated data pipelines then we'd like to hear from you.
