ClimateTab is an in-house software platform developed and provided by Three Pillars Consulting, designed to support organizations operating across the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and food and beverage sector. For Birba, the platform was configured to support product manufacturing, packaging, distribution activities, and event-related operations, with setup reflecting key operational characteristics such as production sites, product lines, packaging materials, and logistics flows. This approach ensured sustainability and carbon data were structured in line with real organizational and value-chain boundaries, supporting relevance and methodological consistency.

Through a ClimateTab software subscription, Three Pillars Consulting provided a software solution enabling Birba to effectively manage, onboard, and analyze energy and emissions-related data, including data associated with a major sustainability conference and climate-related conference. The client utilized core platform modules including Corporate Accounting (Scope 1, 2, and selected Scope 3), Product Accounting, and ESG Reporting, supported by organizational setup, user onboarding, and ongoing technical assistance from Three Pillars Consulting. The platform enabled centralized and structured emissions tracking and reporting, while providing a scalable foundation for future sustainability disclosures, packaging impact management, and continuous performance improvement initiatives.
