ClimateTab is an in-house software platform developed and provided by Three Pillars Consulting, designed to support organizations across all sectors, including the telecommunications sector. For Omantel, the platform was applied to support asset-intensive and geographically distributed network operations, with configuration reflecting key operational characteristics such as mobile and fixed network infrastructure, towers, data centres, offices, and supporting technical facilities. This approach ensures sustainability and carbon data are structured in line with real organizational and operational boundaries, supporting relevance and methodological consistency.

Through a ClimateTab software subscription, the client utilized core platform modules including Corporate Accounting (Scope 1, Scope 2, and selected Scope 3), Electricity Factors, Net-Zero Analysis, and ESG Reporting, supported by organizational setup, user onboarding, and ongoing technical assistance from Three Pillars Consulting. The platform enabled structured emissions tracking and centralized sustainability data management, while providing a scalable foundation for expanded reporting, decarbonization planning, and continuous performance improvement across network and facility operations.
