Sustainability Policy Guidance

Three Pillars Consulting supported the development of a regulatory and governance framework tailored to organizations operating across the electricity and water sector regulation landscape. For Authority for Public Services Regulation (APSR), the framework was designed to address market oversight, compliance, and governance requirements, incorporating key focus areas such as regulatory alignment, data consistency, performance monitoring, and sector-level accountability. This ensured the framework was aligned with how regulatory oversight and compliance activities are carried out in practice.
