Three Pillars Consulting supported the development of a policy and planning framework tailored to organizations operating across the power and water procurement sector. For Nama Power, the framework was designed to address governance, planning, and regulatory considerations associated with long-term electricity and desalination capacity planning, incorporating key focus areas such as demand forecasting, supply planning, sustainability considerations, and alignment with national energy and water objectives. This ensured the framework was aligned with how procurement and planning activities are carried out in practice within the sector.
