Three Pillars Consulting supported the development of a group-level policy and strategic framework tailored to organizations operating across the integrated energy and industrial sector. For OQ, the framework was designed to address governance, sustainability strategy, and transition-related risks, incorporating key focus areas such as emissions management, decarbonization planning, ESG governance, and data consistency across diverse business units. This ensured alignment with how integrated energy operations are governed and managed in practice.

The engagement included research and benchmarking, alignment with international standards and reporting frameworks (including GHG Protocol, IFRS/ISSB, GRI, and national regulations), and development of practical guidance to support implementation. The resulting framework enabled consistent decision-making and strategic alignment, while providing a strong foundation for expanded disclosures, performance tracking, and long-term sustainability and transition planning
