Project Description

Three Pillars Consulting provided technical support for the client’s renewable energy portfolio under the I-REC framework. This included guidance on the issuance process, verification of generation data, and preparation of compliance documentation in line with international best practices. The project enabled the client to transparently report renewable energy consumption and enhance credibility with stakeholders through recognized certification.

I-REC Issuance

Three Pillars Consulting supported Al Madinah Logistics in strengthening its renewable electricity claims through alignment with the I-REC Standard. The engagement was tailored to the logistics and facilities operations context, providing guidance on I-REC issuance and verification relevant to electricity consumption across operational sites.

The work included validation of electricity consumption data, support with I-REC issuance and documentation, and alignment with best practices for renewable energy reporting. The outcome enabled credible Scope 2 accounting and transparent reporting of renewable energy use, supporting sustainability disclosures and stakeholder assurance.
