EIA Technical Advisory

Three Pillars Consulting supported STS in conducting an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) aligned with applicable regulatory requirements and jurisdictional environmental guidelines, as well as international best practices. The engagement was tailored to an industrial and infrastructure project context, ensuring that environmental aspects and risks were evaluated in line with project scope, site conditions, and operational activities.

The work included baseline environmental studies, impact identification and evaluation across key impact areas such as air emissions, water resources, soil, noise, and biodiversity, along with stakeholder input and consultation support and the development of mitigation and environmental management measures. The assessment supported informed project decision-making and regulatory review, while strengthening environmental risk management and overall project sustainability outcomes.
